Nobody should have to
do the hard things alone.
Mom of two girls, author, 3x founder, and someone who has felt lonely in more seasons of life than I can count.
So I build things that help people feel a little more connected. A picture book for little ones. A marketing team for business owners. A table for female founders. A vintage camper for the moments worth remembering.
About Me
The new kid, every two or three years
My parents were missionaries in Lima, Peru, and we moved every two or three years. New school. New house. New lunch table to figure out. The one place that held still was my grandparents’ farm in a small town in Wisconsin. A swing, a creek, a pond, a barn. They were my anchor while everything else shifted around me.
I didn’t have a word for it back then, but I know it now. Lonely.
It showed up again when I started a business and realized nobody hands you a team. It showed up when I became a mom and found myself on calls with a toddler in the background, wondering if anyone else was doing it this way. (They were. They just weren’t talking about it.)
So here’s the thread that ties everything I do together: I want people to feel less alone. Kids facing something scary. Business owners trying to figure out marketing by themselves. Female founders in the messy middle. Families who just want a reason to squeeze into a photo together.
I haven’t figured it all out. But I’ve learned that hard things feel a little lighter when someone’s sitting next to you.
My First Picture Book:
A Little More Brave
Thunderstorms. The first day of school. The big kid swings. The doctor’s office. Little kids face a lot of scary things, and they usually face them holding someone’s hand.
In A Little More Brave, every time something feels scary, Mama holds her little one close and offers a new way to see it. The dark is just the sun going to sleep so the moon can have a turn. Thunder is clouds bumping into each other and politely saying “Excuse me.” And the doctor? They’re just checking for monkeys in your ears.
The page that means the most to me is the one about feeling lonely. Mama reminds her child that being by yourself is never bad, because you’re with yourself… and you’re one of her favorite people to be around. I needed that page as a kid. Honestly, I still need it some days.
Savannah Guthrie brought every spread to life in soft, warm watercolor.

MY WORK
Everything I build comes back to one thing:
making people feel less alone.
For: Business Owners
Marketing can feel like a full-time job you never applied for. Stratos is the team in your corner for social media, websites, emails and ads, so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
For: Female Founders
A community for women business owners and nonprofit leaders in the messy middle. Real conversations, honest feedback and a seat at a table with women who get it.
For: Friends and Families
A photo booth inside a vintage camper that Roger and I bring to weddings, festivals and parties around Utah. Squeeze in, grab a prop and make a memory with your people.
Stay in touch:
Pull up a chair…
I’ll send you book launch news first, plus the occasional note about motherhood, business and the messy middle of both.
Short, honest and never spammy.
